How to flip camera image for ceiling mount ?

I got this camera in October 2023 to put in my firstborn son’s room. I absolutely LOVED the ease of set up, range of motion, and all the included features. I love this camera so much that I had my mom purchase 2 for her house, and I purchased 2 more for my living room and second born son’s room. Last month the camera in my firstborn son’s room glitched out and stopped working properly. My boyfriend and I followed all the trouble shooting steps with no luck/resolution. Since it was still under the 2 year warranty, I contacted customer service. They were prompt in their response and asked me to send a video documenting the issues. Within 48 hours I sent the video. They immediately responded that they would be shipping me a new monitor, which I received in 24 hours of that notification. I don’t think I have ever worked with such an easy customer service team or had a better time forming and processing a complaint/warranty claim. If you don’t already own one of these cameras, you absolutely should! You won’t be disappointed!

I really like the versatility of this baby monitor, I like that you have the option to use the monitor or the app to be able to see what your baby is doing. It’s super easy to adjust alerts and notifications and the battery on the monitor lasts all night! I did have an issue with my monitor connecting and I reached out to IeGeek and they provided me with a new monitor which fixed my issue. I would recommend this baby cam and if I need another one in the future I will purchase the same model!

I have only been using this baby monitor for a week, but so far it has been amazing! The versatility to be able to keep track of my baby via a closed circuit monitor, or an encrypted video via the app on my phone is very helpful. It has a ton of features, some of which I probably won't use, but it's better to have too many than too few. I'm sure there are plenty of parents out there who will use this product for purposes different than mine. The connection quality is good, and allows me to sleep peacefully through the night while my baby is sleeping, but accurately notifies when baby awakes and is crying. And this product is half the price of many of the other similar options on the market.
