1. Free Warranty Extension: In addition to our regular 12-month warranty, Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Walmart, Mercado libre or Lotte buyers can extend the warranty on their ieGeek products to 24 months.
2. Submit your Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Walmart or Lotte Order ID to get warranty extended. You can check our rules as followed to ensure that you can apply for an extended warranty.
3. After registering with your Order ID, you can make a warranty claim on my product. You'll get a response on one business day.Note: Warranty extension is not valid for resold goods.

During the warranty period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, ieGeek will replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of ieGeek and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor, parts charges and round trip transportation fee. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
