Return and Refund Policy


1. Three types of returns from ieGeek.com


  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

  • ieGeek's return policy allows for products purchased from ieGeek.com to be returned during the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. We will refund the full purchase price, but shipping costs are non-refundable. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds and exchanges for the undamaged product are not available. Once the returned product arrives back in ieGeek's warehouse for inspection and your refunded product meets the inspection standards, the refund process will begin.


  • For Defective Products (Not Artificially Damaged)

  • If the product is defective (not artificially damaged) when you receive it, within 30 days of delivery, you can return it to ieGeek and get a full refund or replacement. Beyond 30 days, a full refund is not available, but replacement or repair is acceptable. You need to submit evidence, pictures, and images about the detective product first. This will be handled by ieGeek Customer Service Team. Secondly, the returned product must be sent back to our warehouse, where we will sign and submit it to our technical team for technical appraisal processing. ieGeek is responsible for all shipping fees.


  • For Artificially Damaged Products

  • If the product has been sent back to our warehouse and has been identified to be artificially damaged by our technical team. You will be billed with the cost and fees of shipping the off-standard Product for a Refund from ieGeek back to you, and no refunds.


    2. Return your product


  • Please make sure you have purchased the product from ieGeek.com.

  • Please make sure you initiate the return process within 30 days of shipping.

  • Please make sure the product is returned in the original ieGeek packaging, with all accessories included, and the serial number of the product you are returning matches the serial number of the product you purchased.

  • For non-quality-related return requests, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.

  • Please make sure the product does not have any permanent alterations, including but not limited to the signs of paint, altered connection inputs, severed wires, or removed screws, etc.

  • Please make sure the product is free of any damages, including but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, dirt, etc.

  • 3. Initiating your return


    When you meet the above refund conditions:

    1) Please contact our customer service as soon as possible, email: service@iegeek.com, customer service will reply to you within 1-3 business days;

    2) The order number (ieGeek-****) and proof of purchase (order screenshot) need to be provided to us;

    3) Provide sufficient evidence to prove that there is a problem with the product or other related evidence. For specific questions, please consult customer service;

    4) After confirming that the goods can be returned, we will confirm the return address and recipient information to you;


    4. Shipping your product back


    ieGeek recommends using a logistics party that can provide you with a traceable carrier to ship your product for a refund back to the instructed location authorized by ieGeek. ieGeek is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product caused in transit.

    Note: Please make sure to keep the tracking number provided by the carrier on the shipping invoice.


    5. Quality check of returns


    The product for refund will be thoroughly inspected by ieGeek when received and a decision will be made whether the inspection criteria are met. The inspection may take up to 5 business days from the time your product for a refund is received.

  • ieGeek technical team will test and qualify the returned 30-Day Money-Back for Any Reason product after receipt of it. If the product for refund "fails to satisfy the Inspection Criteria" (eg: returned without an ieGeek return authorization, beyond the 30 days no reason return period, without product packaging, damaged product, etc.), you will be billed with the cost and fees of shipping the off-standard Product for Refund from ieGeek back to you, and no refunds.

  • ieGeek technical team will test and qualify the returned 30-Day Money-Back for Any Reason product after receipt of it. If the product is found to have been artificially damaged after identification, you will be billed with the cost and fees of shipping the off-standard Product for Refund from ieGeek back to you and no refunds. On the contrary, if the product is found to have artificially damaged defects after identification, the refund will be processed through the inspection standard.

  • 6. When to expect your refund


    We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Refunds may take 1-7 business days.


    Missing Parts Policy


  • You must inform us within 5 days of the delivery date if you are missing the products' part or receiving the wrong products.

  • If your order was not delivered or the ordered product arrived damaged, please contact ieGeek customer support.

  • If the product you ordered is externally damaged or incomplete due to shipping, please keep all internal and external packaging. Because we need to do this when filing a shipping claim with the carrier used to ship your order.

    4. How can I cancel my order if I don't want it after placing it?

    ieGeek accepts order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced and supports return or exchange requests within 30 days. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
