No, this camera only supports 4G LTE cellular networks and does not support Wi-Fi. It is compatible with AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. The data plan is available only in the United States.
Is the SIM card replaceable?
No, the SIM card is built-in and non-removable.
What should I do if motion detection is not sensitive enough?
Open the ieGeek App, then go to Settings → Alarm Management → Motion Detection, and adjust the sensitivity level. You can also check the Detecting Distance. (recommended distance 2–10 meters)

No, the camera package does NOT include an SD card. For your convenience, we offer high-quality 32GB surveillance-grade micro SD cards in our store. If you need reliable storage, please feel free to visit our Accessories series to make a purchase.

Important Note regarding returns: If you choose to peel off the SIM Card slot sticker to insert your own SIM card, the product will no longer be eligible for our 1-month (30-day) no-reason return policy.
